Optimal width – set optimal width entering manual numeric value or using numeric up/down control to set up manually with increasing or decreasing optimal width of selected column in current Apache open office spreadsheet according to user need.

Hide – hide some unnecessary spreadsheet column form its default preview order with hide command, in hide mode some column selection will be hide during preview its content, but not remove or hide permanently they be show again with show command.

Show – show command option showing hide open office spreadsheet column from its default preview order, just use show menu for showing user hide spreadsheet column values for again preview its content in worksheet.

Sheet – sheet menu contains some important control that use to rename worksheet, hide current worksheet, show spreadsheet, change worksheet tab color or default orientation form right to left order.
